As an ABA clinic, we are looking for individuals who are at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience in the field of ABA therapy is preferred, but not required. We provide comprehensive training and support for all of our team members to ensure they are equipped to provide the highest quality services to our clients. Responsibilities:

Full-time and part-time opportunities are available- No nights or weekends! PLUS, you are eligible for a $1.00 raise after 90 days and raises up to 4 times per year!

Hours for full-time positions: Monday through Friday 8:15-3:15 p.m. Aftercare program 3:30- 6:00 p.m.

Part-time hours: Monday through Friday 8:15 a.m. 11:45 a.m. or 11:45 a.m.3:15 p.m.

AVAILABILITY TO WORK MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY IS REQUIRED

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Conduct client assessments to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
-
Maintain accurate data and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Provide direct 1:1 support to clients in a clinic setting.

Observe and document client behaviors, noting any changes or concerns for further analysis.

Report any violations according to company policies, or state and/or federal regulations

Assist clients with daily activities, including toilet training, diapering, toileting assistance, feeding, etc.

Engage clients in fun and functional activities designed to target therapeutic goals

Requirements

Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or developmental disabilities, is highly desirable.

Must be physically able to interact with the child on the floor, participate with the child in sporting activities, and/or run after the child, and lift up to 40 lbs. with reasonable accommodations.

Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation

Must be 18 years of age or older

Must be able to pass a background check

Must have High School Diploma; Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree preferred

Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines regarding medical records.

Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members.

Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping individuals achieve their goals are essential traits for this role.

Must make a minimum commitment of 9 months to a year, as it is difficult for our families and children to change staff too frequently.
